The TAC is a cartridge that contains a water scale reducing crystal.
The city water passes over it and the mineral content, especially calcium is reduced considerably.
The TAC goes before the city water enters the reverse osmosis system .
The TAC is sanitised annually with DDL H202 and the crystal is exchanged every three years.
